Magnitude Software, Inc., Magnitude Software UK Limited and Company Management are committed to a work environment that is free from human trafficking and slavery. Magnitude Software neither tolerates nor condones human trafficking or slavery in any part of our global organization. It is for this reason that we have a stated policy of complying with all applicable country and local laws, rules, and regulations – including the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 – and that we expect our employees to conduct business within the spirit, letter and intent of all relevant laws, and to refrain from any illegal, dishonest, or unethical conduct.

Magnitude Software fully supports the government’s objectives to eradicate modern slavery and human trafficking. Our annual statement will provide information to supplement this policy, including details of our activities and supply chains, and actions we are taking to support government. We call upon all organizations we engage with to influence their global supply chains by improving transparency and accountability, and together we can help the government eradicate the injustice and brutality of modern slavery and human trafficking.

Magnitude Software has clearly stated processes and procedures for employees to report suspected violations of laws, and the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics. This includes complaints received from persons outside Magnitude Software. Each employee acknowledges review of this Code of Business Conduct and Ethics via signature.

The Slavery & Human Trafficking policy and statement of Magnitude Software UK Limited will be reviewed each financial year.

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes Magnitude Software Inc.’s slavery and human trafficking statement.
