Discomfort Notes™ includes optional Symptom
Surveys to provide a musculoskeletal pictorial of the
human body that allows the employee an opportunity to
describe a specific pre-injury notice to the safety
department to perform a necessary intervention assessment,
corrective action and future monitoring.

Comfort Survey™ is a
self-paced questionnaire module used to gather information about factors that
affect comfort at the workstation. Confidential results are used for
statistical analysis and to suggest adjustments in the individual’s
workstation and screen.
The ErgoEnterprise Comfort Survey is used to gather information about the
factors that affect employees' comfort in the workplace. The Comfort Survey
can help identify employees' potential risk factors.

The DSE (Display Screen Equipment) Assessment is a derivative of the
Health and Safety Regulations of 1992. They affect employed and
self-employed workers who habitually use VDUs (Visual Display Units) for a
significant part of their normal work. The results of this assessment will
be used for statistical analysis and to suggest some simple adjustments that
can be made to your workstation and screen to make them more comfortable and
easy to use.

Personal Analyzer™ is an optional personal analyzer provided
to enable each
employee to view their own computer activity data collected from
ErgoEnterprise.
