Users and Groups

Within ErgoEnterprise, you can manage users' settings and create groups of users by department, region, operating company, or any other criteria you wish. 

ErgoEnterprise will work with groups when you are changing users' settings and when you run analyses on user populations.

In addition, you can automatically create groups as a result of running any analysis.  A powerful feature, this enables you to search the database for any criteria and generate a list of users who meet that criteria based upon the data.

Common uses of this powerful capability include using ErgoEnterprise to determine:

• How many people (users) are using their computers for more than one hour per day?

• What fatigue are people experiencing each afternoon while using their computer?

• What's the efficiency of people using Microsoft Word?

• How many people are effectively pacing themselves and how many are skipping their micro-breaks?

• Which users in the new Northeast Region, are experiencing abnormal fatigue while using the new contact management system?

There's no end to the valuable things you will be able to pinpoint about users within a specific department, region, entire operating company, or any other criteria you wish.
