Company Management
Ed Marney, President,
Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Marney was Vice President of
Medical Manager Health Systems, a
WebMD Company, responsible for their
Business Intelligence product line.
Mr. Marney joined the WebMD
executive team through the
acquisition of TouchPoint Software
Corporation, a company Mr. Marney
founded in 1995. As Chief Executive
Officer and President of TouchPoint,
Mr. Marney led the development and
marketing of proprietary Business
Intelligence (BI) technologies.
These software technologies, first
applied in the ambulatory healthcare
market, catapulted TouchPoint to
their leadership position. This
success provided the base for
TouchPoint’s spin-off company,
Visual Interactions, Inc. bringing
TouchPoint’s advanced technologies
to the financial marketplace.
Through an innovative strategic
alliance with WebMD/Medical Manager
(WebMD), TouchPoint built an
installation base including over
four-hundred (400) clients of
WebMD’s largest and key accounts. In
2001 TouchPoint was acquired by
WebMD Corporation as a “strategic
asset” in an all-cash transaction.
Prior to TouchPoint, Mr. Marney had
successful careers at both Medical
Information Technologies, Inc. and
Burroughs Corporation (UNISYS
Corporation).
Steven L. Gray, Chairman of
the Board. Mr. Gray was first
elected to serve on the Board on May
18, 2000 and was elevated to
Chairman in August 2006. For the
past six years, Mr. Gray has served
as the President and is a
shareholder of a private Florida
corporation engaged in the retail
distribution of nutritional
products. This corporation has a
customer base in nine countries.
Prior to that time, Mr. Gray ran his
own real estate development company,
specializing in the design and
construction of multi-family
housing.
Joerg
H. Klaube, Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Klaube joined Magnitude in
December 1994 as Vice President

to 1994 he was Vice President
Administration for Comar
Technologies Inc., a computer retail
firm, and from 1983 to 1993 Chief
Financial Officer for Unitronix
Corporation, a public company
engaged in software design and the
sale and installation of turnkey
computer systems. Prior to that, Mr.
Klaube was employed for 16 years
with Siemens Corp., the U.S.
subsidiary of Siemens AG, where he
