Installing And Starting The Pilot

applicable.
Emailing the users about the pilot program start,
if applicable.
Installing the users.
Confirm their activation.
Managing And Concluding The Pilot Program
Periodic monitoring of participant activity.
Ending Phase One (invisible base line) and
starting Phase Two (visible)
Concluding the pilot program.
Emailing a "Thank you" and request for survey
completion note.
Printing of reports and survey results.
