Information Access, Reporting and Security

Within ErgoEnterprise, authorized users can freely access information from the entire system at their own workstations. Administrative, analytical, end-user, and management functions have various access capabilities. The training coaches delivered within either skin of ErgoEnterprise can be either animated characters or actual videos of real people performing stretching exercises.

ErgoSentry® helps employees learn to pace themselves while working at the computer, providing computer-based training and real-time ergonomic monitoring of all computer activity (see Micro-breaks & Stretching Exercises).

ErgoTutor™ provides interactive training designed to deliver complete ergonomic programs at the workstation, and also a portal-like linkage to Web-based safety and health information. The training includes an online, self-paced guide for employees to use from their workstation focusing on vision and monitor, chair and sitting, workplace organization, and reach & accessory equipment areas.  See Training & Reference.

Discomfort Notes™  includes optional Symptom Surveys to provide a musculoskeletal pictorial of the human body that allows the employee an opportunity to describe a specific pre-injury notice to the safety department to perform a necessary intervention assessment, corrective action and future monitoring. Comfort Survey™ is a self-paced questionnaire module used to gather information about factors that affect comfort at the workstation. Confidential results are used for statistical analysis and to suggest adjustments in the individual’s workstation and screen.

The ErgoEnterprise Comfort Survey is used to gather information about the factors that affect employees' comfort in the workplace. The Comfort Survey can help identify employees' potential risk factors.

ErgoSURE™ is a personalized self assessment module using the RULA (rapid upper limb assessment) tool to inform & educate employees on their posture at the computer workstation and current potential risks and to offer improvements to their posture and/or workstation. Personal Analyzer™  is an optional personal analyzer provided to enable each employee to view their own computer activity data collected from ErgoEnterprise.
