productive computing environment

We're considering using an
ergonomic tool called
ErgoEnterprise™ from Magnitude
Information Systems, the
Microsoft in it's field. This
ergonomic tool is widely used
and has been proven to help
computer users fine tune their
computer activity patterns
resulting
in the healthiest and most
productive computer experience
possible. We are
considering this package for a
number of reasons including how
user friendly and effective it
has been proven to be.
You're important to us and we
want your feedback!
You
have been chosen to help us evaluate a pilot program of
ErgoEnterprise™ for one month.
This tool is specially designed
for use in intensive office
environments. The tool
will be installed by our IT
Group and your initial
involvement will only require
viewing a two-minute orientation
guide, built into the ergonomic
tool, directly on your computer
at the start of the pilot
program. Then, you're back
to work as normal with a new
tool to help you be most
comfortable and productive.
The tool will have no impact on
the speed of your computer.
At the conclusion of the pilot
program you'll be asked to fill
out a brief online survey
providing your valuable feedback
about your experience.
The vendor providing this
ergonomic tool has many
multi-year clients successfully
utilizing this ergonomic tool,
some of which have won national
awards relating to use of the
ergonomic tool.
The one month pilot program is
scheduled to begin __begindate__
so please check your calendar to
confirm that you will not be out
of the office much during this
period.
